What you give us
Your e-mail address, and nothing else. The form on this site has a single field, and we do not ask you anything afterwards.
What the browser stores
An attribution mark (`pk_attr`) in local storage and in a cookie: where you came from the first time —campaign, network, referrer and landing page—. It lasts 90 days and is used to know which content works. It does not identify anyone on its own. If analytics is enabled on the site, it is Google Analytics 4 with page and form events.
Where it lives
In Firebase (Google Cloud), inside a Patok-owned project, `patok-marketing`. There is no third-party CRM and no shared list. We do not sell or trade addresses with anyone.
The e-mails
They go out from `getpatok.com` through SendGrid. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link; once you use it we stop writing to you for good and keep only the mark needed not to do it again.
The videos
The tutorials are hosted on Tella and open on their site, in a new tab. This site embeds no player and loads none of their scripts: until you touch a tutorial link, Tella does not know you were here.
The application is a different thing
This site is only the public page. The Patok Gemba application lives at https://app.patok.in with its own accounts, its own notice and your plant’s data. Nothing captured on the floor passes through here.
Delete everything
Write to horacio@patok.in from the address you want deleted and we remove it, no questions and no waiting period.
